One that is on the title, and another that acts as the contractor so "owner" can hire "contractor" to do the work.Tax reasons... capital gains reasons... etc "Since I am solely in this business my myself, how would I be able to ( set it up ) to where I myself can be the " Contractor " , as well as the " Owner " and thus have no issues with doing ALL or part of the repairs on a property myself ?
