So a little different post but my family and I will likely relocate from SLC UT to the Knoxville area this summer and we need a place to live.We're looking for any recommendations for real estate agents or flippers with projects wrapping up around July/August.We'd like to be outside of Knoxville but near shopping, schools, etc.Thanks for any help or leads you might have!

Depending on the market you are shopping in, most agencies will split the commission, so it does not really matter to you from a financial perspective whether you purchase through your agent, or direct through the seller's agent.

Have an open house, post flyers at the local coffee shops, grocery stores, gas stations etc. or maybe go to other open houses for similar properties in the area and talk to those buyers.

But once a contract is SIGNED at specific price points do NOT start shopping the sales and gleefully come to the GC and say what a better deal you got and he can take out that money and you can use it to buy other stuff.
