I'm just concerned that they won't have a robust online banking interface for doing wire transfers and other things I do currently through BOfA (I had a CD in a small regional bank a few years ago and the website was primitive, and seemed to have security issues as well.)

You wouldn't go to a foot doctor for an eye problem. 

These are the comps I have, I broke it down to price per sq foot, and averaged them in according to how big the house is.

You don't want to shoot yourself in the foot and lower the price when the right buyer would pay full asking price.

I'm currently building in TX for UNDER $50 a foot!

It'll be my foot into the door of real estate in which I've always held a passion and an interest.
