For those of you that use an LLC purely and solely to hold the real estate, and has a separate LLC that manages the real estate holdings, when the rent is paid, does that rent payment go on the books of the LLC that only holds the real estate?

There are deals out there but you have to decide if the time for the legwork to go pick up the purchases piecemeal is better for you and your time/budget than just getting things at a central location.

You must properly treat the LLC / Rental like a business.Rents get deposited into the LLC Account.Expenses get paid out of the LLC Account.You can make contributions / distributions to / from the LLC Account.Try not to receive rents or pay for expenses directly from your personal account.Best of luck

., I will show the the physical location , concrete structure we do, money spend on HUB , money Made on HUB (next time ask to show HUBS those are public records and will not interact with the law) We have a book with all deals made in the community ... and you check, verify every single transaction!
