Hello fellow real estate investors, i have been reading about real estate investing here and there in the past couple of months. it wasn't till i got a new job about a month ago, where i decided to take real estate investing more seriously for my future self and future family since i am only 20.

That will help you and anyone you work with decide where best to focus your attention. 

I decided to switch back to Google Sheets simply because Airtable falls short when it comes to complex features.Google also just bought this platform called AppSheet, which just base off your Google Sheet and creates cross-platform apps so you can get all that fancy features from AirTable without having to leave the Google ecosystem.

I haven't decided yet. 

When you decide to sell in the future you will have a difficult time because others will see things the same way I see them.

I have decided to list the property for sale.

That being said, I decided to submit this post on Bigger Pockets, to understand if there are any owners, wholesalers or real estate agents out there in Northern NJ, that may have a multi family property available to look at.

My husband and I are deciding whether to sell our primary residence that have been rented out for 2 years or keep it as a rental unit.
