If you see any type of advertisement for them anywhere, then they do not.I don't follow, what is point of picking a market, why not just pick the best deal you can find in any market (assuming he/she will accept sophisticated investor)If you're going to be a passive investor in a syndication the most important thing is to pick the sponsor properly.
