Once you get moving and your ideas start working some people will jump on board.

I believe less then 100 passengers in the airport when i was there and Montgomery is already the biggest county in Alabama.Some areas in Alabama, the property price keep going down since 2010.

@Tenzin Wangchuk 35% is pretty good (lots of folks saving 0% out there...)One nice method I once heard of getting other people on board with an idea is to look at their top priorities (for example, being able to buy good food, nice clothing, splurge on things here and there and the security of having extra money to spend, etc. ) and try to show them the benefit of the concept to their priority.

I just meant; you tell someone from SoCal or WA they can buy a fully reno house and rent it at a profit and they're onboard, and often to their detriment because of the due diligence.

Once you fold down those back passenger seats, you can fit a whole army in there if you want to.

Activity on boards can be very rewarding in an intangible sense, but doesn't put any money in my bank account.
