I am considering a small 16-units apartment complex but there is gas station across the street from it.

It’s actually located on New St. right behind university hospital - walking distance to the Norfolk light rail station.

We moved office locations from a single-family house in the suburbs of Martinez, GA to an iconic building on 1918 Central Avenue, a former Pure Oil gas station designed to look like an English Tudor cottage.

However, there are multi-family properties for sale near the 21st Street Queensbridge subway station that sell for around only $1 million, because it's located near the government housing projects.

One reference says he has rented to this group for 4 years and 12 checks are ready at a local gas station on January 1st and you just cash one each month!

Do you know of any other areas that are near train stations or any other areas that are reasonably price in a good neighborhood?

My dad did go to the police station to see if they planned on taking any action against the tenant.

The property is a block from the closest metro station and my most recent and best comp was purchased for $530k and in three months sold for $1.3M one block away.
