No small feat at times but it can indeed be fruitful.  

The point is, you have to dig in and find the deals that work, and the niche you are comfortable with There's not a lot of low hanging fruit.

Once a broker, commission and of course public competition is involved the price almost always gets pushed up immediately (low hanging fruit).  

Do all the List guys see that as a way to gather "the Low Hanging Fruit?"

So we decided to go nuts and pay this **** off fast.  

The home is nicely landscaped, but most of the acreage is a dirt field, which was used for gardening and fruit trees.  

Frankly it drives me nuts, these guys are annoying and only poke their heads out when the market is good.
