As far as full disclosure up front there seems to be a lot of fear from folks as far as getting under contract on a property without knowing everything up front.

@Jeremy Tillotson anyone in the business long enough will run into one of these.what I get a kick out of is buyers of new homes or turn key homes have an inspection and the inspector finds a little bit of MOld and all hell breaks lose.. and then you have these folks who have lived successfully in a petrie dish for decades LOL..

That stated, many of these folks are relatively young albeit very successful investors who've done very well in RE during the past decade or should I say since the '08 meltdown that actually started in '05 to be real.
