Interesting guy, we had a good, long chat.I ran some comps last night, ARV is some where around 130k, I made-up and gave him a small packet of the comps so that he could see what I was looking at.

Notes I do my due diligence and bids at night etc. much easier to work remote and at any time of the day.

And I like to own things outright - easier to sleep at night, since I'm the only income producer, but I know not always the best investment idea.

I've been a BiggerPockets member for quite some time now, and have spent a good chunk of time lurking the forums and trying to gain as much knowledge as I can before I make the deep dive into real estate investing.

Check carefully with managers who do this sort of management because there aren't many around.I looked last night at my emails about these from last time and I told my potential buyers to expect 8-10K per door, not per structure, in rehab.

Dived super deep into the research of how, why, when on REI through listening to podcasts, reading blogs, and now discovery this amazing community which I am super grateful to be apart of and hope to give as much back as possibly can be give in return.

Would it be realistic for me to buy one of these seasonal rentals and make enough to cash flow positive from nightly/weekly rentals? 

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and am considering a single family with in-law that I might make a primary residence one day, but it's probably not the best use of my investing resources so today I'm diving into what my other options look like. 

I set the router and hotspot on an old fashion plugin timer that turns it off for 15 minutes every night at 4 am to reboot the system.
