Realtors usually send extremly watered down property profiles, and keep the broker detailed reports for themselves.Either way, until there is some other site that is a reasonable competitor to the MLS, it is unlikely that investors and everyday people will be able to access information on properties for sale.

To the best of my knowledge, there are more or less three general kinds of checks you can get:-Raw credit report, no scores, cheapest-Credit report with FICO or other scores, moderate-Credit + Risk report with rental recommendations, expensiveI don't know the setup fees for many of the places that offer these.

If, however, you were supposed to give them a walk through before it expired or allow them to do a home inspection and did not do so, then you may have violated your responsibilities under the contract and that's bad news.
