You are capable of doing much of the insulating work on own for a fraction of what a vendor would cost as can buy closed cell insulating foam kits and self install, and I am betting are going to need a LOT of it so I'd say save $10k and do what can on own there.

Some of the outlets may have wire stab holes on the back that will make wiring go faster, but I have had 2 electricians advise me that using the screws on the sides made (in their experience) for a more reliable connection over time.Choose fans that do not need oiling (look at the instructions).They sure have a lot of colors and tones to choose from.
