And also as mentioned, if you make claims now, even Zero Paid Claims (they say there is no damage and/or they don't pay you anything) it still counts against you now!

Hello, you mentioned that Iconic Enterprises Lending Platform is legit, were you ever presented with proof they were a licensed lender.

I can want it for the rest of my life and thatś how long I´ll be waiting. 

That sounds like a pretty good plan, but I would make a few suggestions:1) if you think it may have had squatters or the previous residents would come back, board up the windows too while you're doing the work. 2) If the property was occupied by the owners or tenants, you may need to file an abandonment notice and wait 10 days or so (check your local laws) before changing the locks. 

Is there any waiting period until I can use these proceeds, not to lend again, but to spend personally? 

I especially appreciate your mention in the last paragraph that DSTs are a good option when you want less management headaches (passive investing).
