This community is full of experienced professionals who are more than willing to share their knowledge.

Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

And that alone, dual agency, scares the hell out of 50%+ of retail brokers/agents because they are not of the professional level. 

I am a sound professional who has built several recording studios and a sound wall between 2 tenants on a house hack I have most contractors have no clue how to do this correctly and definitely not any drywall contractors I have ever heard of. 

I have a network of reliable professionals in both areas, realtors, Wholesalers, Lenders, and General Contractors.
