What are some areas/zip codes having more this kind of inventories but still have healthy amount of demand to support the supply?

The poconos seems like a really healthy short term market right now, seems like people from my state NY are booking trips out there more then ever due to fears of flying during covid spikes. 

Like finding your niche.In my personal health, I don't do a lot of things all at once to get in shape or stay healthy.

A circus or free for all environment where everyone can open anything is not healthy for a community.

Looking at what's going on at ground level is a healthy indicator of what's happening in the local market.

We've worked with 1031 investors on several of our deals, it always complicates it, so we often want investors to have at least a healthy 6 figure investment for it to be worth our time and extra money/hassle.Just wanted to point that out as you're considering what avenue to go.

Luckily for my building, we build a healthy reserve annually and budget appropriately for repairs.
