I actually got my real estate license partially for something to do and I enjoy the work (maybe because I have other sources of income from my rentals and dividend stocks that more than cover my living expenses, so I’m not desperate for every commission like some agents are.

Thanks in advance.KayAssuming your debt to income ratio is actually being calculated correctly and is still too high then a debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) would be your best bet.
