Except the next Metallica could move into my home on a long term basis and there’s literally nothing Larry could do about the noise before 10pm.

Good luck man, poker > RE is a great move, do not hesitate to partner up with someone with residency/income, 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing.You will lose motivation to grind eventually especially if you buy right and get decent income from RE fast, so better be ready to adapt your financial life. ;)

Our plan is to work and save money in Boston and begin purchasing rental properties back home in NEPA though 'house hacking' in the Boston area is certainly an option as well.I will spend the next few moths grinding and learning as much as I can. 

And, most of the people living in town are not thrilled about Space-X being there because of the regular noise and vibration from the constant engine testing.

But I'm very much busy with the 9-5 grind (often it's 9-9) and only have the weekends.
