On top of that, you're doing so and in an extremely unpredictable market with some of the highest costs and most complicated logistics on the planet (e.g. solar requirements, fire sprinklers, blower door test, CEQA, etc.) in the middle of a global pandemic no less...You mentioned having the property tied up, are you getting it at well below market value?

Even with a termination fee, the longer you wait to buy property #1, the longer you need to wait to buy 2,3,4, etc. 1-2 months rent is a small price to pay to accelerate your global domination.Working with the right team is absolutely critical to your success.
