Like a normal stick built home and can be on a crawlspace or a slab.In this case, I am being told something is modular (by HUD) but from what I see it is Manufactured.

@John Thedford, presently I merely have a position in a publicly traded entity that has a subsidiary who manufactures greenhouses period.

As well as recommended by manufacturer.

I called the gas company, they just told me to call a service company and so did Danby (the manufacturer).
