We are planning to enter the STR/MTR market(s) in Raleigh, NC and would like to connect with current investors and operators to gain insights on building out our team (cleaning, handyman services, contractors, etc.).

Make sure it explicitly explains the process for termination if you are unhappy with their services, especially if they violate the terms of your agreement.3.

I really need the utmost professional service.

Additionally, i have contacted customer service and they have not been able to give any support other than asking for the same information over and over again. 

Are you using a servicer to track the payment history ?

I have seen some partials on paperstac but most are listed as full. 

I know the BRRR was very popular however trying to teach that to those with zero or limited experience was a train wreck waiting to happen.. its all great in theory and completely different in real life.. its by far the hardest and riskiest thing BRRR remotely that an investor can take on.. full stop..
