How long is the hold time? 

I am sure the answer is "it depends" hence the term "creative financing" but was hoping people might offer a few examples to help me think more about how i might approach deals where the seller is motivated and the property as been listed for a long time.

All that to say that there are alot of risks where you can have a hard time keeping your business (hard to move laundry appliances and utilities) and its a maturing market so there are fewer buildings being built without laundry included anymore.

get quotes, run the numbers.on the addition - it's almost definitely not worth it, i suspect the time to pay the costs back for the increase in rent might be decades or longer.
