If you feel that you are actively managing your PM, then I would certainly recommend getting physical eyes on the properties as often as possible.

My suggestion is to have friends or family walk through it and look at it through a "buyers eye" and see if they have any input on things that could be improved.

So it is a win regardless of what the tenants chose but it still gives the tenants the option to pick what will work best in their eyes.
