The owner doesnt live locally and has been making excuses for years.

This is my first question on BP forum so please excuse the ignorance (newbie here)...where do you guys find MF deals online other than Zillo, Houz, loop net, etc? 

There were a lot of great actionable ideas - like considering lease options, rent to own, buying 1 bedroom condos/studios, or even getting into the developing game that I think directly address my concerns.Ultimately, I've had a lot of hesitancy and I've struggled to discern if it's truly a moral quandary holding me back or if I'm just making excuses to sit on the bench.

That's one reason I'm not buying anything in CA (but if I'm shopping for excuses to NOT buy property in CA I have a whole menu of excuses to choose from).

You are probably going to feel all sappy for them when they don't have the rent check on time this month because <insert any valid or ridiculous excuse here>.

I definitely don't want to pick up cash, and I'd prefer not to deal with them sending payment through the mail (and the excuses that could come with that).
