I try to respond when ever I have something to contribute and I can say direct mail done for you by a third party Company that specialize. in it is the way to go.

The first Podcast I listened to was #247 "How to buy your first (or next) property by the end of the year", and all I can say is I was captivated to learn everything I could after that.Been reading the forums and listening to Podcasts ever since.

Hi all.....Have any of you ever found a foreclosure listing on day 1 and jumped on it without physically going to see it? 

First you schedule a walk thru of apartment so you know if you want to renew them or not,, crappy house keeping,, what ever is almost good enough reason for me not to renew.Download a lease renewal form,, give within proper notice period,Raise rent if it warrants a raise, you need to market check your area.. 

How did this ever turn out?
