The only money ever requested up front prior to closing is for the appraisal.  

Staying with quest trust for now and looking at maybe IRA financial or uDirect in the future.Trying to balance keeping the cost low, having that checkbook control, and still having a team to help educate me.I am not turning enough over at this moment to warrant a change...and I am still figuring out how to partner with my LLC if at possible.

I just recently bought my first house so cash is kind of tight but I want to add sources of cash flow more than ever now that I have a mortgage.

The rates don't make sense for refinancing, and I don't believe in selling unless I can move the money to an investment that moves me closer to my goals or life changes require me to sell.

Or have them come back to you with a “things have changed” adjustment to the rate/costs after you choose them.
