I like BP for entertainment purposes your correct I do not need BP per se for any kind of income....

Sure, you can probably get the balance transfer at 1.5% or even 0% in some cases, but I just ran with the most common % fee.I'm not even going to entertain the HELOC idea  :)  I'll just quote this again. 

Also have your ducks in a row and be ready to make an offer quickly if they say they’ll entertain one.

I only WISH the duds I have screened were that entertaining.

The contractor seems to have a couple red flags, I'd entertain the thought of finding another one for your next flip.

It's a risk profile I no longer entertain.
