I recently had cameras installed in my common areas...the tenant turned them around!

There are a few court cases over age and in the mid to high digits is supported (depending on tasks and work performed).

Rather I will spend my time, energy and money in getting double digit returns by investing in what I control like mortgage notes, private landing, rentals, syndications, etc.

We put cameras in the windows in our flips and leave lights on in the interior and exterior.

Documents Required: Following the initial screening questions, we will require a copy of recent tri-merge credit report (use link below), personal financial statement, proof of funds/ last six months of bank statements, profit & loss statement for the property, use of funds statement, exit strategy, copy of MLS listing (if applicable), existing mortgage documents, any local comps, appraisal, or BPO that can be provided, collateral disclosure, copy of leasing agreements (if applicable), contact information or property insurance company, copy of declaration page for property insurance, copy of driver’s license, contact information for any existing lien holders so we can order payoffs, and digital pictures of the property (interior, exterior, neighborhood), and last three years of person/business tax returns.

But my question is whether or not it is permittable to have exterior cameras around the house that you may have access to in case of an emergency?

Hi Guys, I'm looking for recommendations on security systems and cameras for vacant houses that my team is renovating. 

I'm mostly a digital marketer on a day-to-day basis, so I stare at a computer screen all day.If I like being a landlord, I'll try to purchase at least 1 property a year going forward  (preferably multi-family but I may do single family since there's a lot more inventory available in my preferred areas).So even though I feel like I know some of you already from reading your post (particular those who comment on posts about the Cleveland market), I look forward to chatting and learning more about real estate.
