My point was to try and get the trustee to look at these two items, see that they were different, thereby causing them to realize the foreclosure was invalid, or at the very least cause them to question and dig deeper.

So the layer of protections would be inherently deeper, the question is how do you get around creating a new LLC for every property or is there a way to create another Wyoming LLC that's member managed that let's it act as a foreign entity in other states(probably a state to state issue).As for co-signing loans, that's fine.

Doug the house has been abandoned for over three years, the bank is assuming all tAx payments, fees etc ;and I agree with Joel that the owner is pretty much inviting a foreclosure by extricating himself entirely from the situation and making himself a poor short sale candidate. he does not want the bank to delve too deeply into his financial situation but the bank is not obliging.

From my understanding one of the stipulations is that it must actually be on a laneway though, so separate access I suppose.More important than a good contractor, I think you should find a really good architect to give you some deeper insight into the project.
