As the plan trustee, you are the only person with signing authority on that account.When a rollover is executed it will be issued to the new plan and either delivered to you via check or wired to that account.

You could add an additional provision stating the property is being delivered as-is and that the inspection objection period is to be used only for major health or safety items that could not have been known prior to inspection.

My understanding is that student loan debt never goes away, cannot be discharged in a bankruptcy even if needed to be, so I'd take the opportunity to eliminate that debt and start fresh, in a much stronger position.
