@Calliopie Andrade lending in other countries is so different than lending in the United States. 

When our tenants want to leave early, we tell them that we will start marketing the space and trying to fill it but they'll be on the hook until we fill it, at which time we will agree to break the lease.   

A reciprocal agreement just means that the other states agree not to withhold and tax you on that income.if you work for a state that you are not a resident of, your resident state will normally provide you a credit for taxes paid to a different state.

We've agreed to split cash flow 60/40 (in his favor).
