I actually had a failed rental home years ago due to it being semi forced into as we had a home in the Seattle area we had to move out of (and out of the area) right as the pandemic set in and so we couldn’t sell it at the time so rented it for a year.

Many tenants in those neighborhoods do not care.While @Nzinga Young suggested buying back the areas sounds good but is the headache worth it, especially when one manages remotely.During this Pandemic only my D class went gosh on me.

This would potentially put us leasing the property in the winter which is less than ideal, however, we also have concerns about showing the property and re-renting with the current coronavirus and are we are welcoming a new kiddo to the family in late June as well (lots going on!!).
