@Justin Tahilramani The zoning in currently recreational (which is easier to start an RV park getting a conditional use permit), and I would have to get the zoning changed to commercial (which takes about 3 months) to start an RV/Boat Storage facility. 

I have a 215 unit facility that I will be taking possession of on August 1st. 

Hi @Faraz Tariq, you'll want to determine the prevailing property tax rate for Cook County and then apply that to the real market value of the property (based on comparable sales).
