You can get privacy in a Florida LLC if you register the member/manager as another anonymous LLC (like WY, NV, NM LLCs).For asset protection purposes, Florida multi member LLCs have good charging order protection.

Any sort of non-conforming use carries greater risk than if you're in conformance.Duplexes and SFRs are appraised in the same way - comparable sales.

Initially they were finding deals (whether they knew it or not), but lately there are more and more properties being sold at prices they really do not justify {but they look like a steal compared to TO}.
