If past experience on other forums/boards is any indication of future actions, I'm probably going to be lurking, asking a few questions here and there, and generally gaining lots of information about the subject before I put it into action.That said, my biggest "fear" right now is analysis paralysis.

I thought it was a very simple, straightforward, easy read and a great guide to all the basics...Perfect for anyone starting out.When I first decided to start investing I had to put the info together myself from a ton of different sources and it probably took me a good 6 months to do that.

The biggest mistake I see new people make is they offer investors junk and very quickly you will build a reputation of someone who does not offer quality deals.
