When I was buying a lot of property in Bay Area years ago, I used a variety of agents, and frankly could not tell you unconditionally that one was better than the other. 

Because, when a Property Manager is hired, they perform a variety of different services on behalf of the owner.

Many modular companies will provide full service from plans to completion and offer a variety of styles.

Doing a brief search looks like there are a variety of options.

The rest is just cosmetic (Lucky for me my mom has a 15 acre yard with a variety of trees and plants) so we will just take the sprouts and trans plant them.

What they lack is the service element MLS offers to the public through its brokerage community.Even within the brokerage community there is significant variety.

I am still learning to deal with the wide variety of tenants.

Super easy to lay down and comes in many varieties.

Any Tordan product like Grazon or anything similiar wont hurt the grass unless your grossly too strong BUT will be death on wheels to those pesky weeds called trees of unwanted variety.

While it is quote possible and likely that there was negligence on the part of BP, the reports do suggest that there were a variety of equipment failures and the equipment was supplied by leading industry suppliers.
