Had Insurance thru Mercury a Commercial account with 6  sfr properties and have been canceled because of safety issue . and was fixed but not in the time frame they wanted. and they canceled  me completely. 

It appears they are FDIC insured.

Hello all,I've been researching private money lending and I have a few questions for experienced private lenders:1) Are you requiring title insurance, and fire and liability insurance?

I have been told about 60% of the rent will go towards Taxes, vacancy, capx, property management fees, repairs & insurance, and I will be left with 40% to pay off the mortgage or keep as profit.

Make sure you have good insurance and focus on your processes.

Get unmrella insurance.
