I look at the podcasts on the internet as the new TV.

waste if time, the first course is free, then they sucker you into the next 1 witch is $200-$300, then they try to get 25k out of you for there "mastering course" i told them i couldnt afford it and they had the balls to tell me to go to creditcards.com and call them back when i have the cash or credit. its like a tv show when its just getting to the good part, then goes to commercial and you have to pay for the rest. if you know the basics of investing there is nothing you will learn there.

We have a local Standard TV and Appliance that is great customer service but more spending for sure.

It's not like what you see on tv.

You may find that tenants think they want stainless steel appliances (that's what the popular TV shows promote) until they find out they are harder to keep looking nice.

If you believe the TV shows it’s simple, go buy something and fix it and then flip it for a huge profit.

Get the big TV, but the off brand.

We do corporate housing for the film and tv industries here in Georgia and this provides our family with tremendous returns-- It was just a thought, since you already have some experience and see the returns you can expect, maybe you should look into it!
