Hi Michael Noto,The current projects are one in Middlefield which is done with demo and the rebuilding in going (however slow, which I can elaborate on with a full write up on that place), and another in Meriden I picked up a week and a half ago.

This part of Oakland has seen a large amount of growth already and I suspect those price points will start to slow down but currently we are still going up.
