Most contractors will know a painter or a sheet rock guy or a roofer they trust to get the job done right and for a reasonable rate.

I like your attitude in truly shooting for the stars and to be frank, even IF you fall short which I hope you don't, it will still be a successful journey because there are not many people closing 50 deals a year much-less 20.

We cut off the sheet rock above the water level and got all that out.
