It's also, in many states, practicing real estate without a license.Plenty of us work with wholesalers all the time, good ones, but when you come into the forums and every 10th post says, "I have no money, bad credit, no experience in real estate, no capital to deploy, but I am going to become a wholesaler to make money to invest", it makes the experienced ones of us barf in our mouths.
