Does anyone have any live in ready or updated rentals in San Antonio?

As of 11/24/2017 I do not know what the status of their current loan is or how behind it is, but looking for what options I would have as far as approach to buy the property pre foreclosure as they still actively live there and the property has been recently updated and in great shape as a turn key investment.

Perhaps, with a high-end property there is an argument to be made for some things being more expensive to replace (nicer appliances, etc), but that's more capex than regular maintenance.

□Do you inspect your property on a regular basis so that you are aware of the condition of the property?

If/When this deal goes through, plan is to slowly renovate (just needs paint and updating) over the next year.

Quick update....the police contacted us as a follow up to the tenants attempt to file a report. 

Curious how it was approached considering the lack of ability to regularly visit and monitor progress.
