I know they seem like baby steps but i should have started doing this long time ago.

I agree with Gail , there is a lot of baby momma drama and attendant hi-jinx and mutual shenanigans that have nothing to do with effectively removing the tenant.Its odd your even mentioning all these non-Relevant sideshow issues.

I have a wife and newborn currently so uprooting my family too often is not my main goal.  

Now you wait.... let that baby do its thing.

I came down to Texas to work because I can stay with family and my wife was pregnant, she has since had the baby.

It crushed me when my 3 yr old was born and watching my wife cry wanting to just be home with our baby instead of going to work.

*I* wouldn't have brought the baby to the hospital from head trauma, but that was my wife's idea, even tho there was no concussion and he was fine after a few minutes. 

Also, the millennials (the baby of the baby boomers) are still driving demand in the multi family space so I still feel there is significant growth opportunity available in the right market.At the end of the day, and in my opinion, buying multi's is all about the numbers, and there are still good opportunities to be acquired based on sound buying fundamentals.
