Upon seeing this name again, I looked it up online and found that the person it belonged to had a number of articles from our local news station for a number of crimes, to include forgery, identity theft, impersonation, etc. 

The property is being sold for $1 million with a mortgage of about $300k.

Any favorite online tools or resources you can recommend?

All the ones I found online are too much for the size shed I will be renting out.

what is the mortgage balance, is it current, how many payments back, what are properties selling for in the area (is his price above or below others), *how much seller financing can the seller take,* how much cash above the mortgage would seller accept, how fast does the seller want to get to the settlement table, what repairs or up-dates does the building need - you could ask if you had $10,000 to spendon improvements - what would you spend it on?

I am curious as well and will be following this thread - I use Quickbooks because we also have a construction company and it works well for that BUT I have to email an invoice to each tenant every month with a link to pay online. 

Confused by some of the language online. appreciate it!
