This company has no regard for laws and has no integrity.

I think that a CRM should have phone, text, email, chat web forms and campaign integration.  

I am now on the yearly fee.The only feature that I wished it had was integration with Evernote. 

We also have non-real estate related sites that we want to integrate into one CRM that we can "cross-pollinate" a bit.

I, like so many of us, would like to see integrity come to the focal point.

Wholesalers can try to justify it however they want in their own minds (or on this thread) but that isn't the same as acting with full honesty, openness and integrity.

I am saying you should integrate SEO with DMM, and you will see the power of conversion!

If they have a problem with anything in the deal, have the confidence to explain it, have their trust to believe you and be willing to walk away from a deal to maintain your integrity. just my thoughts though, that's the best part of real estate everybody can do it their own way.

Bill doesn't need me to defend him but it's the hyper - sensitive BS detectors that keep BP's integrity off the charts.
