Hello Johnson, looking to form a syndicate with investment size of under 5 mil.

That last bullet point makes it a no-go for me because I need an option period to inspect the house, get contractors bids, and make sure those bids are below my repair budget.

Being a real estate agent has been a side business for me as I have a full time career. 

I use Podcast Addict on my Android phone to keep track of podcasts and download the latest episodes. 

If they can't approve me I will see if they can do the refi for me.

Hi Guys,Would it be possible for me to purchase a home with my Solo 401k, fix it up, then flip it to an LLC I use for my buy and hold rentals? 

I am very new to the realm of real estate so far I been thru just about 100 videos but no other form of education on R.E I believe I have the basic knowledge of R.E down pack but I know I have a lot more to learn and that is why I am here.
