You could try your hand at one of the numerous online services that advertise this stuff but I've found it better to start the relationship early with an actual person as opposed to a faceless online service.

I am guessing there are markets outside FL where its easier.I was wondering if building multifamily or trying to modify/repermit something as multifamily might be a better plan.

It's worth forfeiting the interest rate at 4% if it means you can generate a better return with the capital you deploy.

For common areas, we go a bit darker, but still in the beige/cream family since it looks better with the wood colors we have IMO than grey would.

You're better off saving more to afford better or investing differently than going into Baytown, that's just my opinion though.

Now, in theory, you should look BETTER for loans for each property you have.
