Anyone who is holding houses that are negative cashflowing but being supported by other cashflow streams would be wise to get rid of those while the market is still high.

I figure I should just ask the wise BP community, but I've seen and heard different answers as to how long of a period one has to shop mortgage rates and to still be considered just one 1 credit pull.

My focus has been on networking currently as I have been building a powerful group of cash investors, knowledgable partners, and wise friends. 

The costs to tear out the old carpet will be rolled into the cost to install this new carpet, so you aren't losing that money.Painting is a repair.It would be wise to at least consult a CPA on these matters.

This is true in almost every market for the very wise and prepared.I would recommend your first step is reading the book "Think and Grow Rich".

If you consider this, it may be wise to hire a third party to collect the payments and send any notices required.

I've made up my mind to use my time as wisely as possible now, and to make myself successful in this area; I don't expect it to be easy, but it's already a done deal in my head so therefore it is only a matter of time before the path manifests itself.Anyway, that's me.
