Someone is going to buy and renovate the property; so, it may as well be you, someone who will handle it respectfully (and many residents end up staying). 

Even though they are the expert, you still need to ensure they fit you well.

I pledged the deed to a townhome I owned free and clear as well as the promissory note owed me on another property as additional collateral.

I'm also open to other markets as well.

I will also be creating a property management company (based in NJ as well) to manage the LLC's property.

Though, I have investors I work with that do well with their rental properties in that area.

I've got a 7 year old daughter as well who wants to own mansions lol. smh I believe there’s a huge opportunity to empower more young people with the knowledge and tools they need to get started in real estate investing.

I'd be curious to know how it would be handled as well. 

Individually both buildings are worth well more than their purchase and investment price, and together they are even more valuable.
