C- the path of least resistance is to sell the bldg.

In June we are moving to the Charlottesville, Va area to be near my wife's family, enjoy warmer weather, cheaper SF home prices, and most of all begin my journey to financial freedom.   

Granted, this was taken last week when Chicago was insanely cold, but I also had a tenant complain about the same thing a couple weeks ago and mention that the window was really drafty.I have tried using weather stripping but it doesn't completely solve the problem. 

What kind of weather do you have?

I’m 50/50 on weather I’ll cure it at the closing table.She’s so brainless she sent over a counter offer that legally can’t be enforced as it’s not in the contract that there’s a counter.

Try North Little Rock, and Little Rock, ARI am from Europe and have had invested here for the past 20 years.I like the weather compared to the North of the USA, we hardly have any of the snow problems, etc.

I also think they are responsible tenants and this potentially could be weather related problem.
